    栗色を帯びた濃い赤茶色。 染色には、梅の皮や幹を刻んで得た染料を使用している。 江戸時代にはこうした微妙な色合いの違いが流行した。 The Kuriume, is a dark red-brown tinged with maroon. The dye used is extracted from the skins and trunks of plum trees.
